- Refer to resources within the health care setting and/or to community resources based on the patient's current or previous experiences of elder abuse or potential to be abused.

Cathy Ciolek, PT, GCS, has been a certified geriatric specialist since 1996. She is a member of APTA's Geriatric Section as well as a mentor through APTA's Members Mentoring Program. Cathy Ciolek has worked in most areas of geriatrics including home health, acute care outpatient, sub-acute rehabilitation and currently in skilled nursing facilities. |
