Aquatic Historical Perspective

This course provides a historical overview of key periods, places and uses related to water as a therapeutic medium prior to the emergence of physical therapy. This course will introduce participants to the use of water as a therapeutic medium prior to the emergence of Modern Aquatic Therapy. The establishment of the Aquatic Physical Therapy Section will also be discussed.
