This course will provide examples of compliance requirements specific to outpatient practices and will address how to assess compliance priorities. The ramifications of running a practice naked i.e., without a Compliance Program, will be discussed along with the benefits of being 'dressed to the nines' when regulators knock at your door.

1. Articulate the key federal compliance regulations required of outpatient private practices.

2. Explain and discuss the ramifications of non-compliance with federal regulations.

3. Outline and implement the steps necessary to establish a Compliance Program.
