This course will provide the background of due process and how it is related to education. We will look at examples of where due process went awry and how to avoid the pitfalls.
Meet the Presenter
Kimberly Novak, PT DPT EdD MBA, PTA Program Director/Academic Dean Concorde Career College.
Dr. Novak is a physical therapist who has been in education since 2012, primarily as a PTA program director. Dr. Novak initially completed her MPT at Temple University in 2001 and her transitional DPT in 2007. She completed her MBA at George Washington University in 2007 and her EdD in Post Secondary and Higher Education from Argosy University in 2019. She is currently completing her Executive JD at Purdue Global University.
