Through this course the reader will understand the state of evidence supporting post-operative inspiratory muscle training in patients with lung cancer after surgery.
Learning Objectives:
1) The learner will be able to identify the level of evidence that supports the benefits of inspiratory muscle training for patients following surgery for lung cancer.
2) The learner will understand where evidence is lacking to support a beneficial role of inspiratory muscle training for patients following surgery for lung cancer, and where further research is needed.

Minh Nyguyen
PT, MSc
Minh Nyguyen, PT, MSc is a physiotherapy lecturer at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Physiotherapy in 2013, and from the University of Chester in the UK with a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation. He is currently a Ph.D. student at University of Catholique de Louvain in Belgium pursuing a Doctor of Motor Science in Respiratory Physiotherapy. Mr. Nyguyen is a board member of the Vietnam Physical Therapy Association
