Join us for a live, virtual learning session on Monday, April 27, from 4:00 - 4:45 pm (ET). Free to everyone.

This session will break down how AI is being applied in real outpatient PT practices today.

Across outpatient physical therapy practices, administrative demands continue to grow. Documentation requirements are more complex, staffing remains tight, scheduling is increasingly unpredictable, and expectations for timely access and clean billing have never been higher. As a result, many PTs and clinic leaders find that essential operational work extends well beyond clinic hours, contributing to fatigue, burnout, and operational inefficiencies.

Whether you are a clinician, clinic owner, or operations leader, this session will provide practical insights into how AI can help create more efficient workflows, more sustainable workdays, and better experiences for both staff and clients.

Learning Objectives:

  • Reduce after‑hours charting using AI‑enabled documentation tools that support accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Streamline scheduling and administrative workflows to better manage cancellations, staff capacity, and client access
  • Improve billing and reporting efficiency by minimizing manual work and rework across front‑ and back‑office teams
  • Protect revenue and reduce operational friction without adding headcount or sacrificing care quality
  • Reduce clinician burnout and improve retention by giving time back to therapists and easing daily administrative burden
  • Evaluate where AI fits and where it does not so adoption is thoughtful, practical, and not driven by hype
