Join us for an informative session on External Provider Scheduling (EPS), a transformative, software-driven platform that directly connects VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) with community providers through real-time access to their scheduling systems.

During this webinar, participants will gain insight into how EPS enables VA schedulers to book appointments at the time of a veteran’s initial contact, incorporating the veteran’s preferences for appointment time, provider type, and geographic location. What once took an average of 28 days can now be completed in minutes, dramatically improving access to care and enhancing veteran satisfaction.

The session will also explore how EPS integrates authorization at the time of scheduling, ensuring community providers receive immediate confirmation of reimbursement. Additionally, attendees will learn how this EHR-agnostic platform seamlessly connects with more than 150 scheduling systems, reducing administrative burden and strengthening coordination between the VA and community partners.
