Ellen Morello
PT, DPT
EverEx
Ellen Morello, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and digital health leader with a passion for using technology to improve the physical therapy experience. She currently leads U.S. operations at EverEx, a remote therapeutic monitoring and patient engagement platform.
Ellen has been at the forefront of telehealth PT since 2017—practicing virtually, managing nationwide clinical networks, and teaching as part of the APTA Telehealth Certificate Series. She has held early leadership roles at several HealthTech startups including Physera, Nice Healthcare, Second Door Health, and Groove Health.
A graduate of New York Medical College, she has also served as adjunct faculty at UMass Lowell and is co-chair of the APTA FiRST Network. She remains committed to advancing access and quality in musculoskeletal care through clinician-driven innovation.
Ellen is a shareholder in Omada Health, Groove Health, Second Door Health, and Rahoo Baby. She is currently an employee of EverEx.
Anang Chokshi

Anang Chokshi is a dual board-certified physical therapist in sports and orthopedics, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint and advanced training through Kaiser Permanente’s Orthopedic Residency and Sports Fellowship. With roots in clinic management and a passion for digital health, Anang served as Chief Clinical Officer at Reflexion Health and IncludeHealth, leading innovation in telerehab and MSK technologies. He played a key role in developing and proposing the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) codes, helping to shape national reimbursement pathways for digital MSK care.
Anang is the founder of Digital Healthcare Consulting, which advises startups on go-to-market, reimbursement, and clinical strategy. He currently works at Athelas, a health technology company that helps practices streamline billing and documentation with AI-powered tools. He brings deep expertise in musculoskeletal care, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, clinical product development, regulatory strategy, and digital health commercialization.
Jonathan Ide-Don

Jon Ide-Don, PT, DPT is a digital health leader and expert in building digital health products that deliver care at scale. As Director of Clinical Programs at Medbridge, Jon leads the clinical content team in defining and developing best-in-class digital care pathways that are clinically rigorous and patient-first. Jon has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, is Fellowship-trained in manual therapy, and has deep clinical experience treating patients with orthopedic and sports injuries. He has practiced in the top health systems and private practices in the Bay Area and ran his own concierge practice specializing in helping endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes.
