Dr. T. Kirk Nelson serves as the program director for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.  He also serves as the Ethics chair for the Louisiana Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.  Dr. Nelson has been an educator in physical therapy education programs for 23 years and he primarily teaches ethics, professionalism, patient education, and integumentary related content in the program. He completed his graduate degree in physical therapy in 2000, and PhD in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of New Orleans in 2010. His professional background includes expert legal testimony, facilitation of case based learning, and his clinical background includes orthopedics, acute care and wound care.

Course Instructions
