This complete program – consisting of two, 2-hour modules – provides updated content to meet the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy requirements for four (4) contact hours specifically on the subject of ethics and jurisprudence as defined in the Georgia Physical Therapy Practice Act and Georgia Board of Physical Therapy Rules and Policies. Case scenarios designed to stimulate meaningful reflection and utilization of appropriate resources and decision-making models address the topics of professional accountability, ethical behavior, and professional boundaries. This program satisfies the requirements according to guidelines provided by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy and criteria established by APTA Georgia. It is the responsibility of each program participant to ensure that their individual continuing competency requirements are met.
