Michael is president of Infinity Rehab, a contract therapy company serving older adults in over 225 locations throughout the western US. He has used telehealth for remote supervision of PTAs and speech-language pathologists for over 8 years and coauthored an article on telehealth use in skilled nursing. He has been a member of the American Telemedicine Association since 2013 and a member of the Frontiers in Rehabilitation Science and Technology (FiRST) Council of APTA since its inception. Billings seeks novel ways of using telehealth in value-based payment models and for supporting knowledge translation.

Matt is lead specialist in APTA’s Practice Department. He is liaison to various external organizations, contributes to policy development in the advancement of the profession, develops member resources in evidence-based practice, ICD-10 transition, telehealth, adoption of electronic health records, and integration of the Physical Therapy Outcomes Registry. He has more than 20 years of experience in the physical therapy profession, and earned a physical therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, a doctor of physical therapy degree from Marymount University, and a master of education degree from the Citadel in exercise physiology. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy.

Dr. Lee is a professor at Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles. He has served as the secretary of Telerehabilitation Special Interest Group (SIG) for the American Telemedicine Association, currently is vice chair of the technology SIG for HPA the Catalyst, and is the telehealth group leader for the Frontiers in Rehabilitation Science and Technology (FiRST) Council of APTA. His telehealth research includes international pediatric teleconsultation, and he has coauthored several telehealth publications. Lee maintains clinical practice at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego and is a board-certified clinical specialist in geriatric physical therapy as well as a certified wound specialist.

Donald has practiced in the Central Iowa Veterans Affairs for nearly 4 years. Hired as a rural therapist, he has covered the associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) with a combination of telehealth and in-person visits. He was part of a 2015 pilot project for delivering rehabilitation services in the home. He has authored and coauthored multiple articles on the use on telehealth for delivering physical therapy, and has spoken to various groups. He has attained the master preceptor designation for telehealth and is a member of the Frontiers in Research Science and Technology (FiRST) Council of APTA.

Joseph is a lead physical therapist at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut. He received a master’s degree from the University of Missouri . His 15-year career is concentrated in orthopedics, specifically musculoskeletal outpatient rehabilitation with a focus on occupational health and total joint replacement surgery. He currently is involved in the Virtual Exercise Rehabilitation Assistant (VERA) telerehab pilot program in conjunction with Reflexion Health.

Dr. Vo is a faculty consultant to the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship and chief of rehabilitation services at Kaiser Permanente Fremont Medical Center. Vo received his doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Southern California and completed the Kaiser fellowship in 2006. He served as faculty of the fellowship from 2011 to 2016. Vo is a strong advocate for advanced clinical practice, direct access, innovations, and education.

Justin is regional director for Providence Health & Services-Oregon and co-chairs the Providence St Joseph Health System Rehab Decisions Team. He has special interests in process and product design and improvement, especially related to innovations, and has continued his academic focus to achieve a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and, more recently, a fellowship in innovative product design and distribution. Weatherford is a graduate of Pacific University.
