Anna DeLaRosby, PT, DPT is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, has earned the Certificate in Healthcare Leadership through the APTA's Lamp Leadership Institute, and holds extensive expertise in telehealth and digital rehabilitation. Currently, DeLaRosby serves as the Clinical Program Manager at Physera Physical Therapy Group, where she oversees programs that have achieved first-in-industry telehealth accreditation. Since joining Physera, she has played a pivotal role in developing one of the first nationwide telehealth-only practices, utilizing technology and data-informed decision making to transform healthcare. DeLaRosby has co-authored papers and presented courses on telehealth physical therapy, significantly contributing to the discourse on effective use of digital health tools to improve patient experience. Her leadership and insights into advancing physical therapy practices have established her as a key figure in healthcare innovation. Beyond her clinical role, DeLaRosby is an accomplished consultant, educator, and manager, known for her commitment to people development, enhancing employee experience, and continuous learning—all fueled by her passion for great coffee.

Deborah M. Alexander

Deborah M. Alexander, CHC, CHPC, PMP, DPT, MED, AT-R, PT, CSCS, has been a physical therapist for over 35 years, graduating from Thomas Jefferson University and later receiving her Masters of Education and Sports Medicine from Temple University, and then a Doctorate in PT from Simmons College. Deb attended Penn State University for Project Management, receiving the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), while obtaining her Certifications in Healthcare Compliance and Privacy from the Healthcare Compliance Association, and 30-hour OSHA Certification. As a physical therapist, Deb has experience in acute care, private practice, home health, skilled nursing homes, and currently treats InHome for a PT private practice. As the previous Director of Rehabilitation Consulting and Compliance Advisory Services for LW Consulting, Inc. and CEO of PTCompliance Group, Inc. she provides compliance and HIPAA consulting services across the continuum for post-acute care providers and legal counsel, conducts documentation auditing for medical necessity, reimbursement entitlement and statistical overpayment extrapolation, conducts compliance program analyses at the request of BODs, oversees two SaaS products (exclusions and chart auditing compliance), and serves as a therapy consultant when responding to government requested audits and fraud investigations. Deb continues to serve as a Senior Consultant for Compliance Advisory Services and Product Development at LW Consulting, Inc., while continuing to serve as a member of the APTAPA Payment Committee.
Deb serves as a compliance advisory expert and is asked to present at state and national conferences, and several DPT programs, on therapy documentation, appeals, denials, coding and billing, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance, payment across the continuum, license protections, regulations impacting physical therapy services, while keeping state practice act and ethics at the forefront. Deb has presented at WebPT ASCEND, APTAPA Payment Seminars, APTAPA MovePA State Conferences, APTA CMS, and provided content to Digital Health Implementation and Licensure Protection for APTA from a regulatory perspective. As a Project Manager, she has served on an AI Steering committee for the Project Management Institute, in particular within the healthcare sector as IT projects are integrated into health system processes to ensure compliant integration.
As an author, Deb has created Compliance, HIPAA, and OSHA Plan products and co-authored articles on Healthcare Compliance, HIPAA Privacy and Security, and AI with Ethical risk analysis considerations.
