PRIVATE PRACTICE - AC24 - Culture, People, Scale: Grow Your Practice with Intention

How do you grow your practice and scale your culture when you can't be everywhere at once? How can you avoid diluting what’s made you great when you have to rely on others to lead and execute as your business grows? The keys to success are finding and keeping strong talent, standardizing and replicating your desired behaviors and processes, and developing leaders to share in the execution of this endeavor. In this session, you'll learn from experienced leaders, who've each scaled from the ground floor to over 700 employees, on how to implement successful strategies in each of these areas. Join us to gain tangible advice and scale with success.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to

1. Identify 4-6 key behaviors that contribute to the desired culture you’d like to replicate throughout your practice(s).
2. Create a code of culture with your team members that is meaningful to them and creates buy-in.
3. Perform a successful interview using a hiring algorithm with behavior-focused questioning to find candidates who match your culture.
4. Execute 1-2 accountabilities that will immediately assist in creating and growing leaders in your clinic.
5. Develop a leadership pipeline within your organization with a succession plan for your 1-3 highest performers/leaders.

Course Instructions

1. Click on the Contents tab to watch the course recording.
2. Click the Take Quiz button to complete the assessment. Learners will have 3 attempts to pass and must answer at least 70% of questions correctly.
3. Click Fill Out Survey under the Evaluation listing to provide valuable course feedback. Scroll down on all questions as there may be answer options that expand past the size of the window.
4. Click the View/Print Your Certificate button under the Certificate listing. You can view/print your certificate at any time by visiting the APTA Learning Center and clicking the CEU Certificate/Transcript link on the left-hand side of the page.
