PRIVATE PRACTICE - Front Desk 101 - M6: Insurance Case Study

Welcome to the Front Desk 101 webinar series designed to help your administrative staff implement best practices in your clinic. We are hopeful that this training will help your staff be on the same page and develop consistent and efficient processes in your clinic.
This module applies all of the information learned to this point to a case study. Participants are encouraged to stop the recording and determine the answer to the questions before proceeding to hear the correct answer. This module will help participants apply the information learned up to this point.

Robbie Leonard, PT, DPT, CHC has extensive clinical and administrative experience in rehabilitation. She has provided continuing education seminars nationwide in the areas of Medicare, compliance, billing and coding, and administration. She has certifications in Lean Healthcare and Healthcare Compliance. She has taught in the academic setting for the Physical Therapy Programs at MUSC and Western Carolina University. Robbie has owned a private practice and has served as the VP of Administration for a multi-state private practice with over 30 clinics. Robbie serves as the Chief Learning Officer for Medical Billing Center and is the Co-founder of 8150 Advisors.
Course Instructions
- Click on the Contents tab to watch the course recording.
- Click the Take Quiz button to complete the assessment. Learners will have 3 attempts to pass and must answer at least 70% of questions correctly.
- Click Fill Out Survey under the Evaluation listing to provide valuable course feedback. Scroll down on all questions as there may be answer options that expand past the size of the window.
- Click the View/Print Your Certificate button under the Certificate listing. You can view/print your certificate at any time by visiting the APTA Learning Center and clicking the CEU Certificate/Transcript link on the left-hand side of the page.
