This course is based on marketing principles for PT Private Practices. It explores solidifying your practice’s mission, vision & unique sales proposition (USP).  With your USP as a starting point, we will explore how you can connect your practice with the needs of your community.  We will delve into the various marketing channels available to help you reach your targets.  Outlining specific strategies, including Internal Marketing and Customer Service, Social Media, Referral Relations, Community Marketing and Public Relations, Public Speaking, Business to Business Marketing, and Media Advertising.  Finally, we will provide guidance on how you can create a specific plan for implementation.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

-outline their practice’s Unique Sales Proposition

-list the top 5 Marketing targets.

-define their practice’s customer service proposition

-list the Social Media platforms that match their target audiences

-define the top 3 Marketing Channels and outline a plan

Lynn Steffes

Lynn is President/Coach/Consultant of Steffes & Associates, a rehabilitation consulting service based in Wisconsin, roviding consulting services to rehab providers nation-wide. She has enabled providers to achieve optimum success in the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care to their patients/clients. She provides coaching and consulting in marketing & program development; selection, training & support of Practice Marketing Specialists; customer service initiatives; patient alumni programs; Lifestyle Medicine Programs; negotiating managed care contracts and payer relations. Dr. Steffes is a 1981 graduate of Northwestern University and Transitional DPT in December of 2010 Evidence in Motion’s Executive Management Program.
