Tracking metrics is no longer optional in 2026.  But measurement alone does not build a valuable PT practice. Many owners generate reports and review dashboards yet fail to convert data into disciplined execution. The primary barrier is not knowledge. It is execution. Without strategic action, even the best numbers sit idle while practice value stalls.

This session closes the gap between tracking and follow-through. Participants will learn how to identify the KPIs that directly influence profitability, risk profile, scalability, and buyer perception. More importantly, they will gain a practical framework for using data to drive strategic decisions to not only increase short-term efficiency and profitability, but also maximize EBITDA and long-term practice valuation.
A practice that monitors metrics remains status quo. A practice that uses data to drive decision-making will thrive amid professional challenges.  Attendees will leave with clear priorities, decision filters, and accountability strategies to transform data into measurable growth and a stronger, more valuable business.

After attending this session, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the connection between key performance indicators (KPIs), quality care, patient engagement, and team performance.
2. Identify essential operational and financial KPIs that drive profitability and long-term value in a practice.
3. Evaluate when and how to use benchmarking effectively without overcomplicating performance tracking.
4. Apply data-driven strategies, including ROI analysis and execution planning, to coach teams and implement measurable improvements.
