After attending this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify opportunities to standardize clinical and administrative processes and implement structured problem‑solving methods to support sustainable growth and consistent patient care delivery.
2. Evaluate how applying an integrated business operating framework can enhance long‑term sustainability, leadership effectiveness, and overall performance in a physical therapy practice while supporting consistent, high‑quality patient care
3. Analyze key performance indicators and apply accountability structures to monitor operational performance, support data-informed decision-making, and improve execution within a physical therapy practice.
