Mark Milligan
PT, DPT
Mark earned his DPT at the University of the Colorado. He is a full-time clinician and owner of Revolution Human Physical Therapy and Education, a concierge PT practice and micro-education company. He is adjunct faculty for 3 Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs. Mark has presented at numerous state and national conferences about telehealth, pain science, dry needling and has been published in peer reviewed journals. He is the founder and CEO of Anywhere Healthcare, a telehealth platform for all healthcare disciplines. He is an active member of the TPTA, APTA, and AAOMPT.
Ali Schoos
PT
Ali Schoos, PT, has been a leader in her community and in the physical therapy profession at the local, state, and national levels. She has served on the Washington state boards of the orthopedic and private practice special interest groups, as the APTA WA insurance liaison, as a delegate to HOD, and a key PT for APTA and APTA Private Practice. She served on the Primary Care Specialist task force for APTA and on the Telehealth Certificate task force. She is a strong advocate in the legislative arena for physical therapy, Alzheimer’s, and ALS. She was awarded APTA Washington’s PT of the Year in 1993, and again in 2021 for her work on legislating telehealth expansion during the pandemic. She has served on her parish council, the Bellevue YMCA board of directors, and the Alzheimer’s Regional Advocacy Board as well as numerous roles in her children’s schools including chairing the auction procurement committee. Ali just finished her second term on the board of directors for the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and then joined the Nominating Committee. She was appointed by APTA to the PAC board of trustees in 2023. She has been a speaker/presenter for PPSIG, PPS, APTA, NATA, AOAO, and local radio on health care topics. She is now a business consultant and speaker.
Ali co-founded Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy with her husband 25 years ago, retiring to a minority owner partner early in 2022. She is an avid hiker, skier and traveler, and is enjoying
more free time with her husband and family.
Lynn Steffes
PT, DPT
Lynn is President/Coach/Consultant of Steffes & Associates, a rehabilitation consulting service based in Wisconsin, roviding consulting services to rehab providers nation-wide. She has enabled providers to achieve optimum success in the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care to their patients/clients. She provides coaching and consulting in marketing & program development; selection, training & support of Practice Marketing Specialists; customer service initiatives; patient alumni programs; Lifestyle Medicine Programs; negotiating managed care contracts and payer relations. Dr. Steffes is a 1981 graduate of Northwestern University and Transitional DPT in December of 2010 Evidence in Motion’s Executive Management Program.
