This self-study course is based on the American College of Sports Medicine International Multidisciplinary Roundtable on Exercise and Cancer and reviews updated evidence on the role of physical activity in cancer prevention, survivorship, and symptom management. Participants will learn current exercise recommendations for cancer survivors, understand the protective and survival benefits associated with physical activity, and explore practical strategies for implementing an Exercise Is Medicine approach within oncology rehabilitation and clinical practice.

How This Self-Study Works

Participants will complete this self-study by reading the published article and answering knowledge-based assessment questions to demonstrate understanding before earning CEU credit.

Course Instructions
