PRIVATE PRACTICE - AC24 - Say What?! The Impact of Communication on Practice Value
In today’s highly competitive healthcare landscape, communication can make or break the success of a physical therapy private practice. This session will give you the tools to elevate your practice by transforming the way your team communicates. Attendees will discover the connection between two seemingly paradoxical topics: so-called soft skills and practice value. Attendees can expect to define and boost practice value by identifying negative risk factors that carry implications into succession planning. Learn how to set clear, actionable expectations for provider performance, fostering a culture of accountability that leads to measurable results and a more cohesive, motivated team.
This session goes beyond theory, offering proven, practical strategies from leaders inside and outside of the PT industry. Gain insights into tailoring communication to different personality types, ensuring every conversation drives positive outcomes. Plus, attendees will learn how to create a rhythm of team communication that keeps everyone aligned and engaged. If you are looking to build a thriving, high-performing practice where communication amplifies your team’s success, this presentation is one you won’t want to miss!
