Specializing in risk management and having worked in the healthcare insurance business for over 22 years, Jennifer is dedicated to educating health care professionals on professional liability risks and offers strategies to mitigate those risks by supporting patient safety principles and developing quality management programs. Jennifer is a Certified Healthcare Risk Management Professional and licensed Property and casualty agent. She earned a BA in Psychology from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania.

Through real case examples and national liability data, students will explore how legal risks arise in clinical practice and how to prevent them. Topics include malpractice fundamentals, supervision and delegation, patient-provider relationship challenges, and practical risk control strategies to support safe, ethical care.
